Summer Is Here! 

Summer is a time for students to rest, reconnect, refresh, and rekindle a love for God and others. 


We hope your student will join us each week for Sunday School and as many weekly and/or week long activities as possible.

  • Summer Moon Book Club

    Every Wednesday* starting June 1st, the high school will be diving deep and sipping lattes. We will meet at Summer Moon Coffee for fun and a book study.

    Upperclassmen: 10:00am-11:15am

    Lowerclassmen: 11:30am-12:45pm


    *We will not meet June 8th, 29th, or 13th

  • Kidnap the 6th Graders

    June 3rd

    On June 3rd we will 'kidnap' the upcoming 6th graders and embark on a day filled with scavenger hunts and food.

    • Upcoming 7-12th Graders meet at FCC @ 8:00am
    • 6th Grade Pickup between 8:30-9:30am
    • Scavenger Hunt: 10am-11:45am
    • Lunch 11:45-12:30pm
    • Pick up at FCC @ 12:30pm

    All participants all grades need to preregister: SIGN UP

    All participants will also need to have a 2022 waiver on file: WAIVER

  • Kentucky Splash

    June 17th

    Kentucky Splash is a hidden gem of a waterpark. It's small and tucked away just north of the Kentucky/Tennessee border. 

    $12

    Meet @ FCC 9am

    Pick up @ FCC 5pm


    What to bring: youth group appropriate bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, money for lunch at waterpark.

  • Operation Backyard

    June 24th

    Operation Backyard is a year-round program that provides free home repair services for those with limited-income, those who are elderly, and those who are disabled.


    We will meet at the church at 8am and work from 9-3pm.

    Everyone will need to bring their own sack lunches.


    Students will to dress in clothes they can work in. This will include wearing closed toed shoes. Everyone will need to have an Operation Backyard Waiver filled out.

    July 18th

    Azariah our intern will be working on choosing and planning an event for this date.

  • Hiawassee Adventure

    July 22

    Join us for a day of paddlin' down the Hiawassee River.
