ADULT
Our Sunday morning service is at 10:30am. We also offer an online service on a live feed that will be available here at 10:30am or later. We encourage you to join a Sunday school class at 9:15am.
This Sunday Jason will be speaking on Finding Peace This Christmas ~ 'Tis The Season from Matthew 2:13-23.

Our FULL Service Sunday (Christmas Edition) is dedicated to stepping outside our walls, being the hands and feet of Jesus, and bringing hope to our community. We will enjoy a chili and hot dog lunch served immediately following Worship THIS Sunday, December 14 before we go out into our FULL Service Sunday ministries.
Help us continue to decorate our foyer Christmas tree. You will notice that we have ornaments on the tree representing our FCC families. If you have not summited an ornament previously we encourage you to pick up an ornament at the Sign Up Center to decorate and add a picture of your family to add to the tree.
We would love for you to join us for our annual Candlelight Christmas Eve service on Wednesday, December 24 at 5:00pm. Come join us as we sing, watch our kids act out the Christmas story, and focus our hearts and minds as we prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ on Christmas Day.
Rakin' In The Misson Funds ~ If you or someone you know needs some yard work, our Alaskan Mission Trip Team would love to help. All proceeds will go to help our Sojourn Leadership Team serve in Alaska this summer. Email Kenny if you have any chores that need to be done!
We will have a Taco Lunch Fundraiser on Sunday, January 18 to help off-set the cost of our 4th & 5th graders trip to SuperStart in February. Watch for more information.
The Nativity Pageant of Knoxville is a free hour long drama featuring live animals, and an over 200 person cast, choir, and orchestra. It will be held at the Civic Coliseum on December 13 (3:00pm), December 14 (3:00pm), and December 15 (7:00pm). You can get more information here.
Copies of our 2025 Bible Reading Plans are available at the Sign Up Center and below. We hope that you will choose the one that suits you best and encourage you to use it throughout the year.

We invite you to download our app and directory. Here is a short video to help you download it. You can also use the QR code located throughout the foyer. If you are still having trouble, just give us a call or an email and we can help. There will also be people available in the foyer to help if needed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Q-9HFCdTo. On this app you can view upcoming events, link to our online service, view the weekly bulletin, access our online giving and our church directory. Use your phone number to access your profile. There you can update your information and approve what information you want for yourself and your family displayed in the directory. You can add a picture for each member of your family to your account. You can also send a picture to Dena and she can add it it to your account.
A list of small groups is available here and in the Welcome Center kiosk. If you would like help connecting with a group, please contact the office and we will help connect you to a group.

We have received several questions about the easiest way to set up online giving. Of course you can go to https://farragutcc.com/giving to give. We also want you to know that you can Text To Give. Text to 1-844-407-6015 the amount you want to give and send. You will then receive instructions on how to set up Text To Give.
FCC travel mugs are available for purchase in the foyer. We are asking for a $10 donation for each cup. We will be giving these mugs to visitors and wanted to make them available to the congregation as well.
Follow along with the sermon on your smartphone or tablet. Each Sunday Jason will post a live event on the YouVersion Bible app. The live event will include places to take notes and scripture used during the sermon. It may also include quotes mentioned, links to websites for more information, and surveys. Here are the steps to get to the event:

MEN
A Men's Small Group meets every Thursday at 7am at Einstein Bagels on Campbell Station Road.
A Men's Bible study meets every other week on Wednesdays @ 6:30pm in Room A1. This group is studying Brother Lawrence's The Practice Of The Presence Of God. See Brent Hosier for information.
A Men's Prayer Group meets on the first Wednesday of every month in the foyer @ 2pm. See Ron Schmidt for information.

WOMEN
The Tuesday Night Women's Bible Study that meets on Tuesdays at 6:00pm in Room A1 will begin a new study by Max Lucado, He Chose The Nails. Please let Margaret Rosenbalm (rosem@charter.net) or Pat Staats (pstaats@thinkackermann.com) know if you plan to attend and would like to have a book. The cost is $9.00. They will resume on Tuesday, January 13.

Become a Prayer Buddy for one of our children or students. Sign ups for our 2026 Prayer Buddy campaign will begin Sunday, January 25. You can keep your current buddy or sign up for a new buddy for the new year.
The next Newborns In Need meeting is Thursday, January 8 at 4:00pm. Come help as they sort and prepare the items given to local hospitals.
Do you have old costume jewelry laying around that you would like to get rid of? Please consider donating it to be given to the ladies that come here to borrow a dress for prom. They get so excited to be able to pick out jewelry to go with their dress. Jewelry to be used for this year's prom will need to be at the church before January 31.
Our CARE Food Pantry is looking for volunteers to help patrons sign in and "shop" the pantry on a Thursday night the pantry is open. Depending on the number of volunteers we have, you may only serve once every 2-3 months. Call Linda Coombs at (865) 671-6277 or call Dena Cunningham at the church office if you are interested.
The Senior Meals ministry is looking for new clients to bless with Saturday meals. The only requirement is that they live locally. See Doris Cole or Dena Cunningham if you know of someone or have any questions. These meals make a difference! They are also looking for another church to partner with us once a month.

Be part of a prayer team that meets on Sunday mornings and the first Wednesday evening of the month to pray for our church and staff. You can pray for one Sunday a month from 9:15-10:15am OR the first Wednesday of the month from 6-7pm. Contact Angie Davidson or Dena Cunningham if you are interested.
We also have a group of ladies (Lydia Prayer Group) that meets on Tuesday mornings at 10:00am. If you are interested in this group, please contact Judy Jones.
The December Card Care List is available. You can pick up a copy in the Welcome Center kiosk or here. Notice we have included our Kids and Youth birthdays. We hope you will send them well wishes!

Our CARE Food Pantry has the opportunity to provide food for the UT Student Food Pantry! We need the following items to help fulfill their needs: Nature Valley bars, tuna packages (not cans), Easy Mac microwavable cups, and canned fruit.
Our CARE Food Pantry is open the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of the month.
Food Pantry items of the week:
Microwavable Ramen Noodle type cups, microwavable mac & cheese and pasta cups, individual cups of applesauce, fruit, jello and pudding.
Did you know that when you take your donations to KARM and mention Farragut Christian Church we get KARM gift cards that we can pass along to those in need. We had 106 donations credited to us for July-September 2025. Because of those donations we have received $420 in KARM gift cards to hand out to those in need.

Young Adults
This group is designed for young adults age 18-26 years in or out of college.
The Young Adult Ministry has a small group that meets on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm in Room A1. They are currently studying It's All About Relationships.
We will have a Christmas Party including an Escape Room and a meal on Saturday, December 13, time: TBD. Contact Dane or Allisan Ogden for more information.

STUDENTS
Youth Sunday School ~ 9:15am meet for a time of fellowship and study. Bring your Bible and your own coffee!
Wednesday night Youth Group (6th-12th grade) meets from 6:00-7:30 for evenings filled with food, fun, worship and Biblical youth applicable lessons. We will resume on January 7.
Sunday Night Small Groups have resumed! Middle School students meet at the Sealey's home from 4:45-6:30pm and the High School students meet at the church from 5:00-6:30pm. These small groups will resume in January 2026.
Tennessee Christian Teen Convention (TCTC) is around the corner! If you have never attended this event, it is a long weekend youth convention held annually in Gatlinburg on Friday - Sunday, January 9-11. Students will spend time in worship, hearing from speakers, and growing in community. It's definitely one of our students' favorite events of the year. Registration is now open. Cost is $200 (adjusted rate for families with multiple students) for the first 30 students. Deposit: $50.
This year our Jumpin' Jammie Christmas Party will be at Sky Zone on Monday, December 22 from 6:00-8:00pm. We will eat, jump, and exchange a white elephant gift. Cost is $10 each or $20 per family.

Farragut Kids Sunday Night Bible Study meets 5:00-6:30pm. Sunday night program, Dig In, is available for Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary age kids. They will resume meeting in January.
Farragut Kids Sunday school meets Sunday mornings from 9:15 - 10:15am.
Wednesday night Bible study for Elementary kids meets in the KidMin Worship Room from 6:00-7:15pm. Our 4th & 5th graders are studying, Foundations Worldview and our K - 3rd graders are studying, Surprising Things Jesus Said. We will pick back up again on January 14, 2026.
Farragut Kids Christmas Family Event, Cookies and Cocoa is THIS Friday, December 12 from 6:00-7:30pm.
Kids and their Prayer Buddies' Prayer Buddy Breakfast is THIS Saturday, December 13 at 9:00-10:00am.
Breakfast In Bethlehem is coming Sunday, December 21 at 10:30am (during KidMin worship hour). Come in your favorite pajamas and let's worship, learn, and enjoy a BIG breakfast together!
Christmas Eve service is a much anticipated tradition here at FCC! One aspect of that tradition is the opportunity for kids to be in an instant live nativity. Any child interested in participating will gather in the main foyer at a specific time in the service to be costumed and instructed. It really is a fun, memorable experience for everyone!
SuperStart Informational Meeting will be Sunday, January 11 at 9:15am (during Sunday school hour).
We are excited to invite our 4th & 5th grade kids to this year's SuperStart event, The Mysterious Truth on February 13-15, 2026 in Franklin, TN. Parents should have received an email from Randi about this event. You can get information on our KidMin page or you can a copy of Randi's email here. Sign up in the foyer or email Randi.
Sign your child up today to receive regular prayer from a trusted adult in our church family! Contact Randi to sign up! Sign ups for our 2026 Prayer Buddy campaign will begin Sunday, January 25. Make sure you sign your child up for prayer in the new year.
We need volunteers to help out on Sunday nights in the Spring! See Randi if you would be willing to help.
Preschool Worship and Nursery is available during the 9:15 and 10:30am service.
~On Sunday, Check your preschooler/infant/toddler in at the KidMin Check-In Station located in the foyer. There, your child will receive their name tag/check out tag, and can proceed to their classroom.
~PLEASE adhere to our sick policy. If your child is experiencing ANY symptoms of any illness, please stay home and enjoy the online option.
~DO NOT leave campus.
~Please be very prompt in checking out your child. Check out will be in your Preschool/Nursery class.
~Be prepared for some separation anxiety with your preschooler. Please keep your phone with you, on silent. If your child struggles getting adjusted in the classroom, we will text you.
We offer our KidMin Worship at the church at 10:30am. All policies for Preschool Worship will also be in effect for our big kids.
