Until further notice our Sunday morning worship service will be online only. We will not have Sunday service in the building. We will be using two main ways for you to view these services and worship with us. The first place to look is on our Farragut Youtube Channel and the second is on our Farragut Christian Church Facebook page. The service will be available as early as 12am Sunday morning so you can watch it at our normal 10:30am service time or at your convenience on Sunday. Jason will be preaching on Proving Our Identity - Identity Emulated , John 10:22-42. You can still follow along with the sermon on your smartphone or tablet via the live event on the YouVersion Bible app. See below for instructions for the app.
Next week leading up to Easter we are going to offer short short daily devotion videos to prepare your hearts for Easter. We will email them to you each day and post them on our Facebook page. We want you to think about what Jesus did each day of that final week of his life and allow that to guide and prepare your heart to celebrate the resurrection next Sunday.
The Elders want to thank the church for continuing to be faithful in giving during this unusual time. Your faithfulness has been a blessing and encouragement to us.
2019 Monthly Budget..........$42,083
Final March Giving...............$61,718
We are continuing to look for ways that we can stay connected. Be sure to check your email for updates. If you are not receiving emails from us please email Dena. If you would like to connect with a Zoom group or communicate any needs to us, please email Jason. Our hope and prayer is that you feel as connected as you can during the social distancing.
The 2020 Reading Through The Bible Plan is available at the Sign Up Center. You can also find the plan online at https://thebibleproject.com. Scroll down towards the bottom to the Read The Bible In One Year section. You can download the plan, get the app, read daily scriptures or watch videos from there.
The Deacons have established an email address for you to be able to contact them about issues with the building or any other help that is needed from the Deacons. Their email address is email@example.com.
FCC is offering free access to RightNow Media which is a huge, streaming, online, access on any device library of over 10,000 video Bible studies, leadership videos, kids shows and more. Kind of like the Netflix of Bible study videos. Theses videos can provide help with parenting, marriage, discipleship, and more. There is something for all stages of life. We encourage you join and to share with your family members. If you received an invitation (probably from Aaron Brunsman) we encourage to take advantage of this offer. If you did not receive an invitation and are interested, please contact the church office and we will add your email address or go here now.
As our Building Commitment phase begins to wind down, we ask that as you give to the Building Project you indicate "building pledge" in the memo line of your check or online giving. If you have any questions concerning the building project, Jason would be happy to meet with you; just call the church or send Jason an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Did you know that we have an online directory? Fill out an FCC Office Information form to be included. When the office lets you know that you are on the Directory, go to farragutcc.com and click on "Members" under the "Who We Are" drop down menu. Scroll down and you will find a link to the directory. In the directory page enter your name as First.Last both capitalized (i.e. Joe.Smith) and then the password Jesusislove. If you have never signed on before it should prompt your to change your password. After you have gone online, you can also download an app for your phone, search for Simple Church. If you would like to be included in the directory see Dena Cunningham for the consent form to complete. If you are already in the directory and haven't included a photo of yourself, we ask that you do (or send a picture to Dena) to help others in our congregation put a name to a face.
Follow along with the sermon on your smartphone or tablet. Each Sunday Jason will post a live event on the YouVersion Bible app. The live event will include places to take notes and scripture used during the sermon. It may also include quotes mentioned, links to websites for more information, and surveys. Here are the steps to get to the event:
Download the YouVersion Bible app
Go to "Menu"
Go to "More" at the bottom of the menu
Go to "Events"
Enter in the Search bar "Farragut"

The elders have decided to keep the Food pantry open during this COVID-19 crisis. We have heard that several food pantries have closed and anticipate a higher volume of people using the pantry. So we will still need your donations of food to replenish the pantry. The church office is closed. You can call the church and leave a message to coordinate donations. Thank you.
The March Card Care List is available here.
Due to new prayer requests and the current situation an addendum to the March Card Care List can be found here.
Due to our not meeting in the physical building on Sunday we are not printing our Sunday Bulletin. If you would like the Prayer Card portion of the bulletin you can get it here.
Home Repair & Maintenance Ministry is a ministry dedicated to helping those who need help with their home repairs. It is targeted to those who cannot do the work themselves or cannot afford to pay someone to do the work. If you need these services, you can call the church office or contact John Barncord at 207-5208 or email@example.com.
