    Our Sunday morning service is at 10:30am. We also offer an online service on a live feed that will be available here at 10:30am or later. We encourage you to join a Sunday school class at 9:15am.


    This Sunday, Jason will be speaking in morning service on God Shakes Us ~ Mind The Gap from Acts 4:23-35.


    Jason Warden's Sunday school class meets @ 9:15am in the Sanctuary. He is teaching on Genesis.


    Mike Morrison's Sunday school class on the book of James meets @ 9:15am in room A2.


    This Sunday, June 4 the Puerto Rico Mission Team will have a bake sale in the foyer. Sales go toward team members working the table.


    This Sunday the Solomon Foundation will have a table set up in the foyer for you to learn about their ministry. They are a Church Extension Fund which simply raises investment dollars from investors. Those funds are then lent to churches within the Restoration Movement for refinancing, church building, and construction projects.


    The Puerto Rico Mission Team is offering a Parents' Night Out on Sunday, June 11 from 5:00-7:30pm. Cost for each child is $20 to cover costs. Any donations over that will go towards the mission trip. Your kids will enjoy dinner, games, movies and crafts. You can sign your children up here.


    Sunday, June 18 we will have a combined Sunday school class in the Sanctuary. Matt Nance and his Pastor from Jordan, Pastor Waleed Al Madanat will discuss Christianity in the Middle East.


    Stellar VBS volunteer registration is open. You can register in the foyer or register here. VBS will run July 31 - August 4.

    Bible Reading Plans are now available. This year we are offering a few options for you to read through the Bible. We realize that some people do better reading chronologically, while others read better through different sections. We have made available 2 online options, an app option and two hard copy options. One of the hard copy options is a family option created by Kenny. The hard copy options are available at the Sign-Up Center. The links for all options are below.

    FCC travel mugs are available for purchase in the foyer. We are asking for a $10 donation for each cup. We will be giving these mugs to visitors and wanted to make them available to the congregation as well.


    A list of small groups and the day and time they meet is available here. If you would like to connect with a group, please contact the office and we will help connect you to a group. Most small groups will take a hiatus for the summer.

    We have received several questions about the easiest way to set up online giving. Of course you can go to https://farragutcc.com/giving to give. We also want you to know that you can Text To Give. Text to 1-865-224-7077 the amount you want to give and send. You will then receive instructions on how to set up Text To Give.


    The Deacons have established an email address for you to be able to contact them about issues with the building or any other help that is needed from the Deacons. Their email address is deacons@farragutcc.com.


    Follow along with the sermon on your smartphone or tablet. Each Sunday Jason will post a live event on the YouVersion Bible app. The live event will include places to take notes and scripture used during the sermon. It may also include quotes mentioned, links to websites for more information, and surveys. Here are the steps to get to the event:

  • WOMEN


    The monthly Women's Breakfast will resume in the fall.


    Women's Bible studies will resume in the fall.


    Join the scrappers on July 7 & 8. Do you like to scrapbook or make cards? A group of ladies usually meet about once a month on a Friday & Saturday to get their "scrap on." We meet in the foyer from 10am until between 4 & 6pm. We would love to have you join us for one or both days, for the whole day or just a few hours. Bring your own lunch and/or snacks. See Dena Cunningham or Peg Kennedy if you have any questions.

  • SERVE

    "He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love." ~ Ephesians 4:16


    On Sunday afternoon, June 4 from 3-5:30pm we invite you to join us for a food packing event for IDES (International Disaster Emergency Services). We did this event in June 2021 and packed 30,000 meals, with 100 volunteers in about 2 1/2 hours. We would love to have more volunteers as we pack food for those in need.


    We are looking for people to be greeters on Sunday mornings. This is a great way to meet others that attend FCC. If you are interested see Peg Kennedy or Dena Cunningham.


    Be part of a prayer team that meets on Sunday mornings and the first Wednesday evening of the month to pray for our church and staff. You can sign up for one Sunday a month from 9:15-10:15am OR the first Wednesday of the month from 6-7pm. You can sign up in the foyer or contact Angie Davidson or Dena Cunningham.


    We also have a group of ladies (Lydia Prayer Group) that meets on Tuesday mornings at 10:00am. If you are interested in this group, please contact Judy Jones.


    The Sowers Sewing Ministry meeting has been postponed  until Saturday, July 22 from 10:00am - 1:00pm. They will be making pillowcases for The Olive Tree Learning Center which is a branch of The Restoration House. Please RSVP to Sandy Bumbalough.

    Our CARE Food Pantry has the opportunity to provide food for the UT Student Food Pantry! We need the following items to help fulfill their needs: Nature Valley bars, tuna packages (not cans), Easy Mac microwavable cups, and canned fruit. 


    Our CARE Food Pantry is open the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of the month.

    Small cans tomato paste, Vienna sausages, Canned fruit, Cereal, Canned pastas


    Did you know that when you take your donations to KARM and mention Farragut Christian Church we get KARM gift cards that we can pass along to those in need. We had 81 donations credited to us for January - March 2023. Because of those donations we received $240 in KARM gift cards to hand out to those in need.

    This group is designed for young adults age 18-26 years in or out of college.

  • STUDENTS



    We are beginning a new Bible Study for girls that are rising 8th graders - current 12th graders on Tuesday mornings at 10:30am. Our first meeting will be NEXT Tuesday, June 6. We will be studying Truthfilled, The Practice of Preaching to Yourself Through Every Season by Ruth Chou Simons. Study guide materials will be provided. We will not meet the Tuesdays of the week long youth events.

    Youth Sunday School ~ 9:15am meet for a time of fellowship and study. Bring your Bible and your own coffee! 


    Wednesday night Youth Group (6th-12th grade) meets from 6:00-7:30 for evenings filled with food, fun, worship and Biblical youth applicable lessons. This group is on hiatus for the summer. Watch for Fall start-up date.


    Sunday Night Small Groups meet from 5:00-6:15 at the church. This group is on hiatus for the summer. Watch for Fall start-up date.


    This summer our youth group will be traveling to Puerto Rico for a week long mission trip. We will be paired with a local church there through Praying Pelican Missions. We will also meet and serve alongside our missionaries, Jonathan and Mary Reese. You can make a donation here.

    Trip date: July 22-28

    Registration: $50 by January 31

    Cost: $1250 (estimate depending on plane tickets)


    The Puerto Rico mission team will have a Bake Sale  in the foyer on Sunday, June 4.

    Farragut Kids Sunday Night Bible Study meets at 5:00pm. We will not meet through the summer, watch for the start-up date.


    Farragut Kids Sunday school meets Sunday mornings from 9:15 - 10:15am.


    Foundations-A Bible Study for Kids 3rd-5th Grade. Watch for new date in the fall.


    Stellar VBS registration is open to ALL elementary kids who are rising Kindergarteners-5th grade. There will also be a Stellar Preschool VBS for our Farragut Kids only (see Randi to register your preschooler). The first 60 kids to register will receive their own Stellar drawstring bag. Kid-size Stellar t-shirts are also available for purchase while supplies last. The registration kiosk and t-shirt sales is located in the foyer. You can also register here. VBS will run July 31 - August 4.


    "Reading Takes You Out Of This World" Summer Reading Club has begun. Join us every Wednesday through July 26 at 6:00pm for a time to check-in and check-out books, get prizes for reading, participate in an activity, hear a story, and hang out with your Farragut Kids friends and their families. Reading Club is open for kids age 2 through 5th grade. If you could not make it to the kick-off, you can still get your reading club bag from Miss Dena. You can also stop by the church office on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday afternoons and Sunday after church to check-in and check-out books from the church's library. Going to be out of town during the summer? You can also use the online log here to keep track of your books. Just don't add them to your regular log when you return.

    Preschool Worship  and Nursery is available during the 9:15 and 10:30am service.

    ~On Sunday, Check your preschooler/infant/toddler in at the KidMin Check-In Station located in the office foyer. There, your child will receive their name tag/check out tag, and can proceed to their classroom.

    ~PLEASE adhere to our sick policy. If your child is experiencing ANY symptoms of COViD-19 or any other illness, please stay home and enjoy the online option.

    ~DO NOT leave campus.

    ~Please be very prompt in checking out your child. Check out will be at the Preschool/Nursery counter in the foyer.

    ~Be prepared for some separation anxiety with your preschooler. Please keep your phone with you, on silent. If your child struggles getting adjusted in the classroom, we will text you.


    We offer our KidMin Worship at the church at 10:30am. All policies for Preschool Worship will also be in effect for our big kids.
