  • ADULT


    Our Sunday morning service is at 10:30am. We also offer an online service on a live feed that will be available here at 10:30am or later. We encourage you to join a Sunday school class at 9:15am.


    This Sunday Jason will be speaking on Weeds In My Garden from Genesis 3:8-13.

    Sunday School Classes:

    ~Dr Mattingly's class meets in the Sanctuary. They will survey the World of the New Testament.

    ~Mike Morrison's class meets in Room A2. They are studying Mark.

    ~April Kilinsky's class meets in Room A4. She is facilitating a discussion of Eugene Peterson's book 'Christ Plays In Ten Thousand Places.'


    Jason and Shannon will be offering the Managing Anxiety class again during the Sunday school hour (9:15am) beginning THIS Sunday, April 27. There is limited space for this class so please contact the office if you would like to take this class.


    Senior Sunday will be Sunday, May 4. Our graduating high school seniors will be preaching and participating in the worship service. They will also have displays set up in the foyer. We ask you to write notes of encouragement and congratulations to them along with visiting with them. You may also bless them with gift cards if you are so led. The seniors graduating are: Noah Barberee, Isaac Davidson, Nate Davidson, Trent Dixon, Bradley Redmond, Thad Sealey, and Amelia Thomas.


    The interns are coming! The interns are coming! We are so excited to welcome Lauren Watford and Martin Walker this summer! You can help them feel welcome by providing snacks and gift cards for their Welcome Baskets. These baskets will be in their host homes when they arrive in May. You can sign up for items for the baskets here. We need you to bring those items to church by Sunday, May 18.


    As we said before, our interns will be here towards the end of May. We would love for you to get to know them and for them to get to know you. One way to do that is to share a meal with them. The meal can be in your home or you can take them out to eat. Because of their busy schedules we have pre-selected dates they will be available. You can sign up for one of those dates here


    Mark your calendars for our annual Memorial Day picnic on Sunday, May 25 @ 5:00pm. FCC will provide the meat, you can provide the sides and/or desserts.


    Copies of our 2025 Bible Reading Plans are available at the Sign Up Center and below. We hope that you will choose the one that suits you best and encourage you to use it throughout the year.

    We invite you to download our app and directory.  Here is a short video to help you download it.  You can also use the QR code located throughout the foyer. If you are still having trouble, just give us a call or an email and we can help.  There will also be people available in the foyer to help if needed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Q-9HFCdTo. On this app you can view upcoming events, link to our online service, view the weekly bulletin, access our online giving and our church directory. Use your phone number to access your profile. There you can update your information and approve what information you want for yourself and your family displayed in the directory. You can add a picture for each member of your family  to your account. You can also send a picture to Dena and she can add it it to your account.


    A list of small groups and the day and time they meet is available here and in the Welcome Center kiosk. If you would like to connect with a group, please contact the office and we will help connect you to a group.

    We have received several questions about the easiest way to set up online giving. Of course you can go to https://farragutcc.com/giving to give. We also want you to know that you can Text To Give. Text to 1-844-407-6015 the amount you want to give and send. You will then receive instructions on how to set up Text To Give.


    FCC travel mugs are available for purchase in the foyer. We are asking for a $10 donation for each cup. We will be giving these mugs to visitors and wanted to make them available to the congregation as well.


    Follow along with the sermon on your smartphone or tablet. Each Sunday Jason will post a live event on the YouVersion Bible app. The live event will include places to take notes and scripture used during the sermon. It may also include quotes mentioned, links to websites for more information, and surveys. Here are the steps to get to the event:

    2025 Activity calendars are available in the foyer! You can also get a copy here.


    Join us on Saturday, May 17 for a scenic ride around Cades Cove Loop in the Smoky Mountains National Park. The 11 mile loop winds through a valley surrounded by mountains, offering majestic landscapes, diverse wildlife, and buildings portraying the history and culture of the area. Following our Loop excursion, we'll head to Townsend to enjoy lunch (separate checks) at The Abbey located in a beautiful old wedding chapel overlooking the Little River. We will depart from the FCC parking lot at 8:30am. Please sign up in the foyer.

    A Men's Small Group meets every Thursday at 7am at Einstein Bagels on Campbell Station Road.

  • WOMEN


    Tuesday Night Women's Bible Study is studying the video series titled "Help Is Here" by Max Lucado and will meet next on May 6. This group meets every other week in the first classroom (A1) every other Tuesday at 6pm. Talk to Margaret Rosenbalm or Pat Staats for more information.


    Come and join other ladies from the church on our Craft Days on Friday & Saturday, April 25 & 26 as we fellowship and work on our craft projects, and maybe even learn something new! We meet in the KidMin Worship Room from 11:00am - 5:00pm. Join for one or both days, or even just a few hours! Bring your own lunch, snacks, and craft project. Contact Dena Cunningham or Peg Kennedy if you have any questions.

  • SERVE


    "He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love." ~ Ephesians 4:16


    Volunteers to prepare communion in 2025 are needed. Volunteers serve for one month. This is a great service to do with your kids. Please sign up to serve at the Sign Up Center.


    Become a Prayer Buddy for one of our children or students. Signups are in the KidMin/Youth Center Hallway.


    Allison Hobbs is planning a year long residency to minister to the people in Poland beginning in September. She would love your prayers now and during that time. You can pick up one of her flyers at the Sign Up Center to learn more about this ministry and Allison. If you would like to help her financially you can do so by using the QR code on her flyer or by using this link. Select one-time or recurring gift, under "Ministry Designation" select "Residency Program," and in the "Note" section type in "Allison Hobbs."


    The next Newborns In Need meeting will be Thursday, May 1 at 5:00pm. Come help as they sort and prepare the items given to local hospitals.


    The Senior Meals ministry is looking for new clients to bless with Saturday meals. The only requirement is that they live locally. See Doris Cole or Dena Cunningham if you know of someone or have any questions. These meals make a difference! 


    We have two volunteer opportunities that are a great way to meet others that attend FCC:

    Be part of a prayer team that meets on Sunday mornings and the first Wednesday evening of the month to pray for our church and staff. You can pray for one Sunday a month from 9:15-10:15am OR the first Wednesday of the month from 6-7pm. Contact Angie Davidson or Dena Cunningham if you are interested.


    We also have a group of ladies (Lydia Prayer Group) that meets on Tuesday mornings at 10:00am. If you are interested in this group, please contact Judy Jones.


    The April Card Care List is available. You can pick up a copy in the Welcome Center kiosk or here. Notice we have included our Kids and Youth birthdays. We hope you will send them well wishes!

    Our CARE Food Pantry has the opportunity to provide food for the UT Student Food Pantry! We need the following items to help fulfill their needs: Nature Valley bars, tuna packages (not cans), Easy Mac microwavable cups, and canned fruit. 


    Our CARE Food Pantry is open the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of the month.

    Food Pantry items of the week:

    Canned peas and green beans, Hamburger Helper, canned chicken, Vienna sausages, cereal


    Did you know that when you take your donations to KARM and mention Farragut Christian Church we get KARM gift cards that we can pass along to those in need. We had 68 donations credited to us for October-December 2024. Because of those donations we received $210 in KARM gift cards to hand out to those in need.








  • Young Adults

    This group is designed for young adults age 18-26 years in or out of college.


    The Young Adult Ministry has a small group that meets on Sunday evenings at 5:00pm in Room A2. They are currently studying It's All About Relationships.

  • STUDENTS



    Youth Sunday School ~ 9:15am meet for a time of fellowship and study. Bring your Bible and your own coffee! 


    Wednesday night Youth Group (6th-12th grade) meets from 6:00-7:30 for evenings filled with food, fun, worship and Biblical youth applicable lessons. This group will meet through May 14.


    Sunday Night Small Groups will return in the Fall.


    If you plan to attend SMCC Combined Week of camp this summer it is suggested that you go ahead and register now (no need to pay now) as this week maxed out last year and with the elimination of one the high school weeks, this week will fill up fast. You can go here to register. This week is June 29 - July 4 for current 6th - 12th grade students.


    Registration for Appalachian Christian Camp (Camp ACC) is also open.

    April Volunteers of the Month!

    Farragut Kids Sunday Night Bible Study meets 5:00-6:30pm. Sunday night program available for Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary age kids will return in the Fall.


    Farragut Kids Sunday school meets Sunday mornings from 9:15 - 10:15am.


    Brave The Wild, Wednesday night Bible study for Elementary kids. Join us in the KidMin Worship Room from 6:00-7:15pm. We will meet through May 14 and then break for the summer.


    Sign your child up today to receive regular prayer from a trusted adult in our church family! Contact Randi to sign up!


    Registration for True North VBS is open! Go to the KidMin page to get more info and the link to register. VBS will be held July 28 - August 1 from 5:30 - 8:00pm.

    Baby Dedication Sunday is May 11 (Mother's Day). Join us we pray over our newest Farragut Kids and their parents. Contact Randi for more information.


    Farragut Kids Mini Indy 500 is Sunday, May 25 from 5:15 - 6:15pm (during the Memorial Day picnic). Bikes, trikes, scooters and all abilities are welcome. Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet. A separate Preschool riding area will be available. We will conclude with a special bike parade!


    Let's Read A Tundra Books! Reading Club is coming! Join us on Wednesdays at 6:00pm on June 4 - July 23 for all the fun, books and prizes! Reading club is open to kids age 2 years - 5th grade.


    We need volunteers to help out on Sunday nights in the Fall! See Randi if you would be willing to help.


    Preschool Worship  and Nursery is available during the 9:15 and 10:30am service.

    ~On Sunday, Check your preschooler/infant/toddler in at the KidMin Check-In Station located in the office foyer. There, your child will receive their name tag/check out tag, and can proceed to their classroom.

    ~PLEASE adhere to our sick policy. If your child is experiencing ANY symptoms of COViD-19 or any other illness, please stay home and enjoy the online option.

    ~DO NOT leave campus.

    ~Please be very prompt in checking out your child. Check out will be at the Preschool/Nursery counter in the foyer.

    ~Be prepared for some separation anxiety with your preschooler. Please keep your phone with you, on silent. If your child struggles getting adjusted in the classroom, we will text you.


    We offer our KidMin Worship at the church at 10:30am. All policies for Preschool Worship will also be in effect for our big kids.
